New Student Enrollment: Account Request

This form is the first step to enrolling your new student online. Complete it to request an account that you will use to log in to a secure Online Enrollment system.
If you currently have Students enrolled and are enrolling an addition, log into your Skyward Family Access account and select “New Student Enrollment.” THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT WORK ON A MOBILE DEVICE. ENROLLMENT MUST BE COMPLETED ON A LAPTOP OR COMPUTER. Thank you for choosing Peoria Public Schools. Please complete the required fields to request an account to enroll your student(s). After you complete the account request you will receive an email with your login and password.
